He firmly believes that everyone deserves to return home safely to their loved ones.

Vicky is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) with over 20 years of proactive HSSE management experience and over 10 years of regional HSSE exposure in Asia across various sectors. His expertise includes site-based HSSE management, turnkey projects, EPCIC projects, risk management, human factor management, incident management, ISO management systems, mental health and well-being management, due diligence audits, security management, operational excellence management, business continuity management, crisis management, and travel security management.

An MBA graduate from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David (UK), Vicky is a certified IOSH Train the Trainer (UK), PECB Certified Trainer (CAN), HRDF Certified Trainer (MY), and DOSH Approved Trainer (MY). He has mentored and trained over 15,000 project management team members, stakeholders, and shareholders globally. Vicky also instructs Lead Auditor courses for various ISO standards and has enabled numerous SME organisations in Malaysia to achieve ISO management system certifications.
