He takes a people-centered approach, and specializes in HR transformation, organizational change, and leadership development. His work emphasizes on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous learning.

He is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University (US) and a graduate of the International Coaching Federation. He loves reading, networking and swimming.
